You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

4. Intellectual Property

The entire platform is protected by copyright. Any reproduction is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

ScanCompte is not a bank or licensed financial advisor. Advice provided is for informational purposes only.

6. Pricing

• Free plan: limited features
• Essential & Pro: pay-as-you-go via Stripe

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account in case of breach of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

French law applies. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Nantes, France.
